    Although each engagement is customized to meet the needs of our client, the patient’s relationship with HealthCPA generally begins with a pre-service insurance consultation to help the patient understand his or her insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs. Following the insurance consultation, patients continue to have a one-on-one relationship with their HealthCPA Advocate, who proactively manages all of their bills and claims, and even facilitates payment as desired. Patients can always reach out to their Advocate directly, or log on to their secure MyHealthCPA portal to check the status of bills and claims, print reports and pay bills.

    Our technology enables a seamless patient experience

    HealthCPA has invested heavily in building a proprietary technology system to facilitate our Advocates’ work and provide unprecedented visibility to our clients. Our technology allows us to pull large amounts of medical billing and claims information from various sources (e.g., direct data feeds, paper bills and EOBs, and insurance information available online) and store it securely in a HIPAA-compliant database. The result is that our Advocates are able to help patients with all of their medical expenses – not just the bills from your hospital– and our MyHealthCPA portal provides patients with a complete billing history, as well as all the tools they need to manage their bills and expenses.
